who we are
In a world seeking authentic travel experiences, Yarvi is emerging as a trailblazer by redefining the way people connect with nature. Our unique approach combines technology, environmental best practices, and a passion for conservation. We are creating a business that resonates with both nature enthusiasts and conservation-conscious land stewards. Our goal is to minimize irreversible land development, conserving land through private enterprise.
We envision
Minimizing irreversible land development by incentivizing land owners to choose revenue-generating campsites over permanently destructive land uses.
Offering no-barrier camping opportunities to those who lack an easy access to nature.
Rewilding the ecosystems by stopping habitat loss and facilitating creation of complex ecosystems; creating refugia and corridors for living things.

Background
In Misha Dumov’s first career of 15 years, the founder of Yarvi was a research and conservation fishery biologist. With a graduate degree in fisheries from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Misha worked on Pacific salmon from Alaska to California. His work with government, private and nonprofit conservation organizations helped him develop a broad understanding of interagency and public-private working relationships.
As a serial entrepreneur, Misha founded a maritime and industrial photography and video company seven years ago. The team of photographers and videographers has grown into a leading industrial media company in Washington.
Community Engagement
We see our role as helping to connect community stakeholders: government departments, nonprofit organizations, for-profit companies, residents and users of the area. We provide the best available information, equipment and the know-how to help achieve successful outcomes.
We are building a network of experts, volunteers and contractors to work on these projects.
